Customer Care Ticket 

To fill out a Customer Care Ticket...

First... Sign in on your site.

Click on “Customer Care” just below your “Back Office” tab.

In the “View” window click on “Open Tickets”… if not already selected.

Click on “Choose an Action” in the center of the page.

Click on your question… if it is listed.

If your question is not listed, scroll down to the last item in the list.

Click on “Open a Customer Care Ticket”.

Follow the instructions as follows:

Fill in “Subject” i.e. a brief description of your question.

In The Message Block… give a detailed description of your question or problem.

Click on “Post”.

Allow 24 hours for a response.
