Turn over every stone use every tool you can think of and turnover every stone again. Maybe you have some ideas or methods. Do what you do best and lots of it. Think, the best way to build DirectMatches has not been thought of yet. Use your innovative thought process. Everyone has it and it gets better with use. Innovation is exercise for the mind. If you can spark a persons innovative thought process. They will come up with ways to build you never dreamed of.

Contact your sponsor and then everyone in your up-line, ask for their support. You’re now connecting yourself to a team. Copy what ever they are doing to put in free members. Copy how they are upgrading people. If one of your upline is not focused, it is not a problem, just work with the ones building DM. You’re not alone here. Get on all the company calls and put your downline on the calls. The company invites them but a note from the upline is more powerful. This is important. Follow up will make the difference between you making a fortune or making some extra money. The MLM follow up is difficult. You must close the sale. Here follow up is simple, make friends. Every free member is important. Everyone has a list of people they know. 200 people too many thousands. Big or small, all lists are important. You do not know the quality in advance. Read their profile and send them a note. Email them if they have not put up a profile. If a free member leaves a phone number, call them. It is not a cold call to call your downline. It is your obligation to help them. This is easy. Ask them how they are doing and how their present business is going. Simply strike up a conversation here and talk about them, their activities. People love to talk about their favorite subject, themselves and their interests. They are not interested in you or what you have to offer, yet:) Ask them what they think about DirectMatches. Asking a persons opinion is a very powerful, almost subliminal, complement. If they respond with a positive statement, most of the time you have an upgrade.
