The 4 Steps To Building A Successful Organization

  

 

Are you interested in finding out the secret to building a large organization with DirectMatches or any other business?  I am going to share with you the keys to building a successful organization.  I am so sure that what I am about to give you will make you successful that I guarantee you will be successful if you implement these steps. 

 

There really are only four steps that are the basis for building your organization. 

 

First, you must share DirectMatches with others.  You must get the word out.  This may be personal invitations, Business Cards, Flyers, Advertisements, Viral Marketing, or Reverse Spam Marketing.  You must share your product or service with others.  YOU MUST GET THE WORD OUT!

 

Second, you must attract others.  You do not work for success, you attract it.  As a moth is attracted to the flame, so you must attract your prospect to not just your product or service, but to yourself.  Inviting is what you do outwardly.  It is the work or action that you accomplish on a regular basis to share your product or service.  Attracting is who you are on the inside.  Do you have an upbeat, positive atmosphere around you?  This means that you must work on who you are on the inside and not just cultivate a selling personality outwardly. 

 

Third, you must build relationships with your prospects.  People are emotional creatures and make their buying choices based on emotion and not logic.  They will not care about your product or service until they know how much you care about them.  This is the cement or glue that will keep your organization together.  It will lay a strong foundation that will only grow stronger with time.

 

Fourth, you must train your down line to duplicate what you are doing.  If you have to do all the work, you will not last long and your organization will be weak and soon disappear.  The key to building a strong network marketing organization is to build the business as a team.  This means training must be ongoing and consistent.  Help enough other people to get what they want and you will get what you want, guaranteed!

 

These are the four steps that must be adhered to in order to achieve the results that we all want.  But I am not finished yet; the final point is that these four steps are not done in sequential order.  They are done concurrently and consistently.  Like the straw that is woven together to make a fine basket, so you must do all four of these through out the building of your network marketing organization.  As you share, you attract, and build relationships and train others.  They all work together and will continue to work together as long as you are building your business.

 

Like I said earlier, if you will implement these steps and continue to implement them, you are guaranteed success!!
